Referral commissions are calculated using the commission rate frozen against each project and the amount actually received from the customer. Commission becomes available only after the related project is completed and fully paid. Referral accounts must remain accurate, verified and compliant with Serif programme rules. Fraudulent, misleading or duplicate referrals may be rejected, suspended or disabled.

Serif may update programme rules, commission defaults and redemption thresholds for future activity. Historical project commission rates remain frozen unless a documented financial adjustment is required.

This operational draft should be reviewed and finalized by Serif Holdings before public production use.
