The Serif Referral Portal collects account, contact, NIC identity documents, payout/bank details, referral activity, project status and redemption records to verify referral users, administer the programme and process commissions.

Sensitive identity and payout values are protected by the portal and access is restricted to authorized users. Financial and audit records may be retained where required to preserve transaction history and accountability.

This operational draft should be reviewed and finalized by Serif Holdings before public production use.
